Delivery methods

Parcel delivery

  • Perfect for smaller items, shipped via FedEx or UPS. Track your package at dispatch.

  • Delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days for in-stock items.

  • Fee: Calculated at checkout based on cart contents and destination.

Threshold delivery

  • Larger items delivered to the first dry, protected area (e.g., lobby or garage). No assembly.

  • Delivery timeframe: 6–21 business days, depending on location and scheduling.

  • Fee: Flat rate starting at $169, depending on size and destination.

White glove delivery

  • Delivered to your room of choice, unwrapped, assembled, and packaging removed.

  • Delivery timeframe: Typically 2–3 weeks; custom or made-to-order items may require 10+ weeks.

  • Fee: Flat rate of $299–$550, based on order complexity and location.

Delivery charges

We calculate delivery costs transparently to avoid surprises at checkout. Parcel deliveries start at $15, while larger freight shipments or white-glove services vary by product type and region. For select lanes, we offer flat-rate options—for example, overnight boxes between Mexico City and New York typically start around $250 USD. We’ll confirm the exact rate when we quote your order.

Before your delivery, please ensure:

  • Your space is ready to receive the item.

  • Hallways, doorways, and staircases are clear and accessible.

  • An adult is present to receive deliveries that require a signature.

Handling delays or issues

We strive to deliver on time, but unforeseen events can cause delays. If that happens, we’ll notify you promptly and work with you on a solution. For items damaged in transit, please inspect upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.
